Placing Orders

All custom orders need to be placed through our website or via the store messenger. Commenting on a picture or private messaging my personal page does not constitute placing an order.

Custom Order Timing

Custom orders take at least 2 weeks to fulfill unless it is during a busy season, then it could take up to 4 weeks so please plan accordingly.

Proof Approvals

Orders that require a special design will be sent a proof via email, for you to see and approve. I will not start an order until the proof has been approved by you.

Payment

Custom orders must be paid for at the time of order placement. Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Pickup

Once notified that you order is ready, it must be picked up within one week. Orders not picked up after a week will be put out into the store to be sold.
