Knowledge is Power

Happy Sunday everyone! I hope you have had a wonderful weekend and that you are prepared to kick this new weeks butt as we head into Spring! Yes, spring!

Some of you know that I have been talking classes to become a certified Herbalist and I learned something new in my class this week! I was surprised by what I learned and wanted to pass this knowledge on to you. I was shocked to see how many chemicals are NOT listed on the label of our bath and beauty products!
